Das Studio ist lichtdurchflutet, hat durchgehende Fensterfront, Balkon, voll eingerichtete Küche, Bad mit Badewanne Oberlicht, Waschmaschine. An allen Fenstern sind Plissees, so dass man nachts die Wohnung verdunkeln und bei Sonne verschatten kann. Sie ist rund 52 qm groß, vollmöbliert mit Doppelbett, Sofa, Esstisch und Küche. Nebenkosten beinhalten Wasser, Strom, Gas, Internet sowie (Müll, Abwasser Treppenhaus, Reparaturen…) Das ist mein Arbeitsraum für Food Art ist.
