ENGLISH BELOW Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für den ganzen August 2026 unter, während ich auf Reise bin. Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich mieten zusammen eine Wohnung unterm Dach eines Altbaus in der Maxvorstadt. Das Miteinander ist sehr entspannt und umgänglich. Ich wünsche mir als Untermiete eine nette Person, die mein Zimmer sorgsam behandelt und für meine Mitbewohnerin eine nette Kurzzeit-MitbewohnerIn sein kann. Es gibt einen langen Flur, eine kleine Küche, eine Speisekammer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad mit Badewanne und Tageslicht. Wir teilen uns die Aufgaben in der Wohnung untereinander ganz organisch und schauen beide nach Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Ab dem 28. Juli kann mein Zimmer bewohnt werden, etwa um den 03. September herum komme ich zurück. Eine Kaution von 200 Euro dient nur der Absicherung, sie wird natürlich zurückbezahlt. Zu den 950 Euro pro Monat für die Miete kommt nichts mehr obendrauf. Für die top Lage und den vielen Platz in der Wohnung ist die Miete sehr in Ordnung. ----- I’m subletting my room for the whole August 2026 while I’m traveling. My roommate and I rent an attic apartment in a beautiful old building in Maxvorstadt. Living together is very relaxed and caring. For the sublet, I’m looking for a kind person who will treat my room with care and be a pleasant short-term roommate for my flatmate. The apartment has a long hallway, a small kitchen, a pantry, a living room, and a bathroom with a bathtub and natural light. We share household tasks in a very organic way and both value cleanliness and order. My room is available from July 28th, and I’ll be back around September 3rd. A deposit of €200 is required purely as security and will of course be fully refunded. The rent is €950 per month all inclusive — there are no additional costs.
