English: A little about me: I am a 32-year-old male, and I work full-time as an IT Specialist at a research institute in Potsdam. My schedule is a mix of working on-site and working from home, so I am around sometimes during the week. This is a 2-room apartment on the ground floor. One room will be completely for you. The building itself is a classic 1984 build but has just been completely renovated, so everything is fresh and clean! The apartment features a separate kitchen and a separate bathroom. A visit or view can be arranged after July 15 onsite. Please note that the room is strictly for a single person (no couples/doubles). However, having a guest over to stay for a day or two occasionally is absolutely fine! Die Wohnung verfügt über eine separate Küche und ein separates Badezimmer. Verfügbar ab 1st August 2026 Miete: 450€ warm pro Monat (Miete, Heizung, Wasser, Strom und Internet) Einmalzahlung für die vorhandene Ausstattung: 100 € (nicht erstattungsfähig). Kaution: 600 € (erstattungsfähig). Kündigungsfrist: 2 Monate im Voraus.
