Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche und Bad mit WaMa, ein Arbeitszimmer mit 2 Schreibtischen und ein großes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer. Durch Klappmatratzen kann der Raum flexibel und optimal genutzt werden: tagsüber in ein Wohnzimmer und Abends in ein Schlafzimmer. Außerdem gibt es eine Spiel- und Leseecke für Kinder. 3 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich die Bußhaltestelle Ulmenweg, wo in 10-Minuten-Takt die Busse 2,3,4,5 und 6 in die Innenstadt fahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Bäckerei, Apotheke und Fleischerei sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Naherholungsgebiet Schönbuch ist ebenfalls Fußläufig zu erreichen. Da ich selbst im Juli im Urlaub sein werde, freue ich mich über eine nette Zwischenmiete.
