Our place is 87sqm, 3 rooms, open kitchen and living room, one 16qm and one 25qm room, living space 29qm. 3,5m high ceilings and big windows in renovated altbau. Balcony, bathtub and shower. The living space faces the sun and our beloved tree. The apartment has incredible light all year round and is extremely well sound isolated (we have a subwoofer we have been able to use). The windows are thick enough to cancel the street noise out as well. The place will be rented out semi furnished. We are looking for trustworthy people to take care of our home and make it their home. Ideally couples or femme bosses who love friedrichshain and a community vibe. Our neighbours are a mix between expats, creatives, working people , families with newborn babies and students (our whatsapp group and community is so real and the best support) perhaps what makes this living experience to the warmest unmatched one.Zobrazit více
