I am offering a bright 23 m² room with a balcony in a 2-person shared flat in Kreuzberg, directly by Görlitzer Park. The room is rented as a furnished/equipped room in a shared apartment. It includes storage furniture, chairs, lighting, curtains/curtain rods, single bed and balcony furniture and desk set up.. If you already have your own furniture, we can discuss what stays in the room. The flat is approx. 72 m² and includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and washing machine. The balcony is accessible through the rented room, so I am looking for someone comfortable with occasional shared access by arrangement. The rent is approx. €740 per month, plus GEZ/broadcasting fee if applicable. This includes €600 cold rent, €100 service/utility costs, approx. €10 internet, and approx. €30 electricity. I live in the flat myself with my cat Pablo. Because of this, I am looking for someone responsible with doors, windows, and shared spaces. This is a calm, respectful 2-person WG, not a party flat.
