THE ROOM IS We have one room available for rent, 13.7m2, it is already furnished but you are welcome to bring your own as well. The room is on the second floor and has two windows facing the garden / yard. You will be sharing a kitchen, living room (with fireplace), and bathroom with three others. The kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled in 2009, so everything is pretty new. Our home will be available from September 1st, 2026. It is possible that by the end of June 2027 we would have to move out because the house would be torn down and something new would be built. It is also very possible that we get yet another extension of the contract (it’s been extended several times). There is also a basement for storage, parking available in a driveway (CHF 50.- / month), outdoor pool, storage shed, and a small garden with berries, fruits, and flowers. In the shed behind the house, there are 2 washing machines and a dryer, room for bikes/tools/etc, and upstairs is a yoga/workout space. WE ARE We are a very international group, the 3 other tenants in the space are Pablo (Spain), Chris (Germany) and Antonio (Italy). On the top floor with a separate kitchen & bathroom are the main renters, Jörg & Elizabeth (Switzerland & USA). Everybody is traveling a lot and there are few times that everyone is in the house at the same time. We are all pretty independent and respectful of each other's privacy but we are also welcome to have an occasional beer or dinner together. WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are open to anyone who is intrigued by this listing. The house is a little old, but it definitely has a lot of charm. The most important would be that you get along with the current tenants.
