The apartment offers the perfect balance between calm Zürichsee living and quick access to Zürich city center. With approximately 85 m2 of living space, the apartment has a warm and cozy atmosphere with plenty of natural light throughout the day. One of the highlights is the beautiful enclosed sunroom/winter balcony with partial lake views - a lovely space to enjoy breakfast, work from home, read, or relax year-round. We have genuinely enjoyed living here and would happily have stayed longer. The area has been perfect for us. Unfortunately, work is taking us elsewhere, and we are therefore looking for new tenants who will enjoy the apartment as much as we did.
