Hello everyone! I am subletting my room in a shared flat from this August until the end of February (from 03.08.2026 to 28.02.2027) as I am going abroad for a semester exchange. The room may not be the sunniest, but it is spacious and comfortable to stay. The flat would be great for people who are coming to FU (or other universities in Berlin) for a semester exchange or a long-term internship (six months or so). That said, you do not have to study or have an internship to stay. Anyone new to Berlin who needs temporary housing until they find permanent housing is also welcome. The available room is spacious and furnished. A double-size bed (all beddings included: duvets, sheets, and a pillow), a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a drying rack. Everything you need is here and ready to use. The rent is all-inclusive, covering green energy, internet, heating, and basic service costs. You would have to share a kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, a fridge, kitchenware, and dishes. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen that you can use. The bathroom is a bathroom... It does not have a tub, but other than that, you have everything you need. The warmmiete (600 euros) includes utilities (electricity, water, gas, and internet).
