Hello, we are an Italian couple (we also speak English, Spanish, and a little French) looking for a flatmate starting mid-June. The house is located in the 12th arrondissement, between Bastille and Nation, an 8-minute walk from metro lines 1, 2, 6, 8, and 9, and the RER A, making it well-connected, close to many cafés and supermarkets (Intermarché open 7/7, Monoprix, Lidl). The price is €800 + utilities and internet (separate). The house is on the last floor (5th), the room has a double bed, a wardrobe, some shelves, but you can have more space in the wardrobe in the corridor. THe common areas include a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet. We are a working couple in our thirties (a researcher and a journalist working remotely). We are therefore looking for calm people, especially in the evenings, and sociable people to chat with in our free time. For photos and information and visits, just text us :)
