Available for booking from 18/02 to 17/03. I am offering my apartment for a short-term stay as I will be temporarily away from Paris during this period. This is my personal home, where I normally live, and not a professional rental. The apartment is a fully independent, furnished unit, suitable for everyday living (fully usable kitchen, comfortable living space). It is located in a quiet and safe residential area, just 1–2 minutes’ walk from the train station, with direct access to Saint-Lazare in less than 10 minutes, making it very convenient to reach central Paris. I am looking for calm, respectful and tidy tenants who will take good care of the space and respect the neighbours. Priority will be given to tenants who can rent the entire apartment for the full period.
